A lineman of the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) sustained severe injuries after being electrocuted while on duty in Magam on Saturday.
Officials identified the injured employee as Bashir Ahmad Dar, who suffered a high-voltage electric shock while working on a double-circuit high-tension (HT) line in the Beerwah sub-division. He was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital, where his condition is reported to be critical.
