Chairperson BDC Mawer distributed 7000 face masks

In wake of rising corona virus cases BDC chairperson Mawer on Tuesday distributed seven thousands masks Among Sarpanchs, Ward members and general public in Mawer area of Handwara to prevent virus spreading in the area.

He also appealed people to take proper precautions, make sure social distance & not to come outside their homes unnecessarily, he used to visit farflung areas of Mawer block on daily basis to look their problems Chairman BDC Tahir Ahmad was also seen announcing on loudspeaker to aware the general public.

The members of civil society, block development council members & general public also hail the efforts of chairman in this crisis time & hope he will continue to deliver the same in future for betterment of society.

Tehsildar Qalamabad Mohd Ramzan, B.D.O.Qalamabd Nadeem Iqbal, S.H.O.Qalamabad Javid Ahmad Shiekh, Gen Secretary Media association Handwara Raja Akber were also preset on the occasion .
