Chief Secretary greets people on Eid-ul-Azha

Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, today extended greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, wishing them well being and prosperity.

In his message on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha, Chief Secretary said the holy occasion of Eid-ul-Azha symbolizes the strength of faith and sacrifice to be on the righteous path and emphasizes the spirit of charity and good deeds.

Chief Secretary prayed that the festival becomes a harbinger of peace and further strengthens the bond of communal harmony, mutual brotherhood, amity, and tranquillity.

Keeping in view the evolving COVID-19 pandemic situation, Chief Secretary urged people to adopt self-health protection measures during the festivities and maintain social distancing to prevent further spread of COVID-19.
