Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh today reviewed the functioning of Revenue, Rural Development departments here in two separate meetings held in the conference hall of the DC office complex.
Chairing a meeting of Revenue Department officials, he assessed the progress achieved in the digitization of land records, scanning, and digitization of massavi in different areas, as well as the reconstruction of damaged massavi. The meeting also addressed issues such as land acquisition for National Highways, mutation pendency, online services, construction of patwarkhana and tehsil offices, domicile certificate status, and eviction of encroachment on forest and state lands.Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh issued several directives in the meeting. He instructed the ACR to constitute an expert team of patwaris for massavi recreation.
