Srinagar, Jan 31 : Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Vinai Kumar Saxena, has relieved two IAS officers to facilitate their joining in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that IAS officers Anjali Sehrawat and Kumar Abhishek have been formally relieved from their respective posts in the Delhi Government.

Anjali Sehrawat, a 2013-batch IAS officer, was serving as Director Higher Education and Director Tourism, Transport and Trade (TT&E) in Delhi, while Kumar Abhishek, a 2016-batch officer, was posted as Deputy Commissioner, Outer North Delhi.

Sources said both officers are expected to report for duty in Jammu and Kashmir by the end of the first week of February. (KNC)
