Pay glowing tributes to Former Member of Parliament
 
Srinagar | Friday, 21 July 2017: National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Working President Mr. Omar Abdullah on Friday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Former Member of Parliament and Former Advocate General of the State, Mr. Shabir Ahmed Salaria.
Extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and praying for peace to the departed soul, Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Mr. Omar Abdullah paid glowing tributes to Salaria and highlighted his vast and exemplary contributions in serving the State and its people. Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Mr. Omar Abdullah said Salaria’s commitment, work-ethic and diligence was inspiring and would continue to be a beacon for countless young officers and lawyers who had worked under his guidance.
NC General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, State Spokesperson Junaid Azim Mattu and various party legislators and office bearers have also expressed grief and sorrow over Shabir Ahmed Salaria’s demise and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
