Five Injured After Load Carrier Overturns in Nowgam, Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 8 : Five persons sustained injuries after a load carrier overturned at Banpora Nowgam area of Srinagar on Monday, officials said.

Officals told news agency KNC that the injured were first taken to Bone & Joint Hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.

The injured have been identified as 35-year-old, resident of Ramban, presently living in Nowgam. 33-year-old resident of Doda. 35-year-old, resident of Doda.

Other two injured identified as, 36-year-old, resident of Doda and 38-yea-old resident of Bihar, presently living in Nowgam.

All five were travelling in a load carrier when the vehicle turned turtle, resulting in multiple injuries, they said adding that all the injured are stable and are undergoing treatment.
