Jammu : Renowned academician retd Prof Renu Nanda Sahiba ( HOD Hindi) & noted social activist & member for Sahatiya academy Mtr Dolly Tickoo Arrewal Joined Gayoor foundation.
The newly entrants warmly welcomed by the Chairman Er S Gayoor Andrabi, General Secretary Shri Vijay Wali & Advisor Shri Awtar Krishan Naaz Sahab including other senior council members of the foundation.
Dr Shahnaz Qadri was unanimously nominated as Convenor for Gayoor foundation women’s wing Jammu Chapter , whereas, Mtr Dolly Tickoo Arrewal Ji will shoulder her responsibilities as it’s Secretary & Mtr Kusum Dhar Sharda will be the Chief organiser.
Gayoor foundation in collaboration with Rising athletics of J&K sports organization will organise a Cricket tournament ” Bharat Premium league” involving fifty Cricket teams from Jammu and Kashmir Divisions & it’s inaugural match will be played on 1st of December, 2024 informed by Lateef Peerzada Co-organizer of Sports Committee.
It has been also discussed that there will be Shaam-i-Gayoor on 15th of December 2024, where-in live gazals of Sout-i-Kashmir will be sung. Similarly A Gayoor day will be observed on 15th of February 2025, where-in two awards will be felicitated for two dignitaries to be decided by the award committee said Vice Chairman
