He referred to the pitiable condition of Ganderbal residents especially of Waliwar area who were on a religious travel and are stuck up in Saharanpour from last two months and have completed their quarantine period. Ishfaq demands safe evacuation of these and other stranded people on a war-footing.

He said that it is an undisputed fact that not all stranded people are getting enough food, medicine and other essential items of daily use with a vast majority having become cash starved and even shelter less.

LG G C Murmu assured Jabbar that Government is working hard to facilitate all and are reaching out to all the stranded people.
