Jammu, Aug 12: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has summoned the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly to meet for its autumn session on September 21, 2026, in Srinagar, following a recommendation by the J&K Council of Ministers.

LG Sinha has issued this order, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 18(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019.

Following it, the Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly will list the final calendar of business and sittings.
