The Civil secretariat re-opened partially in Srinagar on Monday with the Lieutenant Governor, J&K GC Murmu inspecting the ceremonial guard of honour.

The secretariat opened partially after functioning for six months in Jammu as part of the biennial Darbar Move.

In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the civil secretariat in Jammu is also functioning, with the employees directed to work “as is where is basis”.
