Srinagar, Feb 7, Kashmir Pen: According to the Executive Officer of the Jammu & Kashmir Hajj Committee, the Ministry of Minority Affairs has finalized the allocations for Hajj Group Organizers (HGOs) for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage.
It has been officially communicated that specific quotas have been assigned to various registered Hajj Group Organizers (NGOs) for facilitating pilgrims.
The following Hajj service providers have been designated with specific quotas:
1. M/S CHGO Forum Members –
• Mir Zafsheen has been particularly informed that members of the Combined Group Organizers India and List HGO Members will handle allocations.
2. M/S South Services Pioneers Limited –
• Assigned quota for Hajj facilitation.
3. M/S Labbaik Hajj & Umrah Services –
• Second Floor, Shopping Mall, [Location not clear].
4. M/S Sacred Trips LLP –
• Member of South Services Pioneers Limited.
5. M/S Al-Haram Tours & Travels –
• Assigned a quota of 100 pilgrims.
6. M/S Al-Hayat Hajj & Umrah Travel Services –
• Near Railway Mosque, [Location not clear].
7. M/S Afsheen Travel Services –
• First Floor, Bakhshi Complex.
8. M/S Haj Group India, UPCHGO Members –
• M/S Universal Travel Corporation, 217, MA Road, Srinagar – assigned a 50 pilgrim quota.
The Executive Officer further clarified that these Hajj Group Organizers (HGOs) are registered entities responsible for ensuring smooth arrangements for pilgrims.
Additionally, M/S Al-Ghazali Tours & Travels and M/S Rahmat-e-Haram Hajj Organizers have been allocated quotas and are expected to adhere strictly to the Ministry of Minority Affairs’ regulations.
The M/S AZone Haj Services Pvt. Ltd. and MHCH Haj Services Pvt. Ltd. have also been designated under specific terms and conditions set by the Government of Saudi Arabia.
As per the latest directives, no unauthorized individual or organization is permitted to conduct Hajj-related services without official registration.
