PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti writes to CM Omar Abdullah to assess cases of dismissed govt employees

Peoples Democratic party Chief Mehbooba Mufti on Monday has written to Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to assess the cases of Dismissed Government Employees in the Union Territory.

In a post on X, Mehbooba Mufti wrote, “Have written to honourable CM about the sad plight of the families whose members have been arbitrarily dismissed from government services on flimsy grounds without a thorough investigation and fair trial. Hope Omer Sb takes a humanitarian view to alleviate the sufferings of these families .”

Posting the letter on X , Mehbooba Mufti wrote in a letter, ” The abrupt dismissal of govt employees without due process a pattern that started since 2019 has left many families devastated and in some cases destitute. During a recent visit to Mr Nazir Ahmed Wani in Bellow, pulwama, I witnessed firsthand the painful consequences of such actions.
