CEO ELFA International, Mehran Khan and Mr. Danish Aziz, Education Specialist UNICEF, today called on Mr. Nazim Zai Khan (IAS), Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Government of Jammu &Kashmir. The trio discussed the convergence of the Disaster Management into the School Safety for the wellbeing and safety of students and the overall benefit of the stakeholders. The need to have thorough trainings on Disaster Management among school going children and community members was emphasised and the pressing need to translate the same into reality acknowledged.
On this occasion, Mr. Mehran also apprised Mr. Nazim Zai Khan of the diverse humanitarian and educational activities carried under the aegis of ELFA International, to which Mr. Nazim expressed his deep satisfaction and appreciation. He said that the work of ELFA International is recognised far and wide and the intended collaboration and convergence will prove to be a wholesome and beneficial for both the partners and the stakeholders
