Trade Fair Initiative to Boost Business and Economy in J&K: Comm Secy I&C

Srinagar, June 21 : Commissioner Secretary of Industries & Commerce Department, Vikramjit Singh on Friday said that the Jammu and Kashmir Trade Promotion Organization and the Industries & Commerce Department have initiated a trade fair in the Kashmir Valley.

Speaking on the sidelines of the Trade Show 2024 at the Kashmir Heritage Government Arts Emporium in Srinagar, Singh highlighted the significance of the fair, stating, “The trade fair will act as a bridge, connecting local and national businesses with a diverse audience, enhancing networking and collaboration.

Vikramjeet said that the event aims to boost local businesses and positively impact the economic development of Jammu and Kashmir. “This initiative will not only support local enterprises but also contribute significantly to the region’s economic growth,” he added.

The trade fair is expected to provide a platform for businesses to showcase their products and services, fostering greater interaction and opportunities for growth.
