The officers informed that from the last few months intensive drives are continuously going on under the guidance of Divisional and District administration across the length and breadth of the district and during inspections carried out in Katrasoo, Yaripora, D.H.Pora, Frisal and Quimoh, almost 12 other medicates found violating conditions of licenses and other rules were either showcaused or licenses were also suspended.

There is a strict message from Drug regulatory authorities to observe the conditions and rules of Drugs and Cosmetics Act wrt safe dispensing practices and maintenance of sale/purchase records of Scheduled and habit forming drugs.
