A local said, the dumper with registration number JK13B 9251 was moving fast and lost control of the vehicle, and rammed into the nearby house.

“The vehicle smashed into the wall of the house of Ghulam Nabi Pala, a resident of Bhan, and also injured his wife,” a local said.

The injured lady has been shifted to hospital, he said.
