A student names Prathamesh from NIT Srinagar stirred controversy after posting a video on Instagram, which is reported to be critical of Islam.
The video, shared on Instagram, has drawn attention for its alleged offensive content.
As a result, students and members of the community have organized protests, expressing their displeasure and demanding appropriate action against the student responsible.
NIT Srinagar administration is reportedly investigating the matter to determine if the video violates any guidelines or policies. The incident has also ignited discussions about the importance of respecting diverse cultures and fostering tolerance within educational institutions.

The protest have been called off as the officials have assured of action against the accused student.
