140 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 128097, Death toll rises 1978 with 01 new deaths

Jammu and Kashmir today reported 140 fresh positive cases of COVID and one new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 128097

.These cases include 25 from Jammu division and 115 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.
The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports one new deaths, while Jammu division reports no news death, taking the death toll to 1978 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 75 cases were reported from Srinagar, 17 from Baramulla, 06 from Budgam, 02 from Pulwama, 01 from Kupwara, 06 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 01, Kulgam 02, Shopian 05, Jammu 20,Udhampur 02, Doda 01 and Kathua 02.
Moreover, they said, 74 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 16 from Jammu division and 58 from Kashmir division.
