Srinagar, July 22:Government on Friday ordered transfers and postings of 38 KAS officers with immediate effect.
According to the order, Kanta Devi, Dy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (recoveries), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner , Jammu, vice Rifat Kohli, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner , Jammu.
Mohammad Ahsan Mir, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, has been transferred and posted as programme Officer, ICDS Project, Pulwama, vice Ashiq Hussain Lily, who has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department.
Pran Singh has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recoveries), Jammu, vice Kanta Devi.
Bilal Khurshid, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, vice Mohammad Ahasn Mir while Parvez Ahmad Raina, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, shall hold the charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Abdul Majid Zargar, Joint Director in the Directorate of Information, J&K, under orders of transfer as Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department, shall continue as Joint Director in the Directorate of Information, J&K. Attar Chand, Project Manager, IWMP, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as SDM Basantgarh, vice Kewal Krishan, who has been transferred and posted as Revenue Attorney with Div Comm, Jammu, vice Sushil Kesar, who has been further transferred and posted as Project Manager, IWMP, Udhampur, vice Attar Chand.
Abdul Rashid War, Additional Commissioner in the office of Div Comm, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), against an available vacancy. Mohammad Rafi, Additional Secretary to Government, ARI and Trainings Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, vice MS Choudhary, who shall await further orders of posting in the office of Div Comm, Jammu.
Mohinder Singh, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Jammu, Firdous Ahmad Giri, Additional Secretary in J&K State Vigilance Commission and Surat Singh, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Doda, have been transferred and posted as Additional Transport Commissioner (J&K), Additional Director, SKIMS and Additional Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, respectively against available vacancies.
Shubra Sharma, DC, Relief organization (Migrants), Jammu, under orders of transfer as Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants), Dara Singh Kotwal under orders of transfer as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kishtwar and Nazir Ahmad Khwaja, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Baramulla, under orders of transfer as ADC Kargil, have been transferred and posted as Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Jammu, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Hqr) and ADC Kulgam, respectively against available vacancies.

Paramjeet Singh, ACR Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as ACR in State Vigilance Organization (J&K), vice Inderjeet Singh, who has been transferred and posted as Project Manager, IWMP, Kishtwar, against an available vacancy. Abdul Qayoom, collector, Land Acquistion, Defence, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as ACR Rajouri, vice Paramjeet Singh.
