7th Edition of Chinar Premier League lifted by Royal Legends Jammu defeats WCC Lolipora team at M.A. Stadium Jammu on Sunday 1st Feb 2026.

JAMMU, 01,Feb.2026 : On winning the 7th edition of Chinar Premier League by Royal Legends Jammu at M.A. Stadium Jammu organized by Mehboob ul Alam Sport & supported by AD Caps Anantnag, Royal Legends Jammu added his name with the winners of CPL editions including Super Star Kakapora & WCC Lolipora.

After winning the toss Royal Legends Jammu elected to bat first and set a target of 133 runs against WCC Lolipora. Akash Choudhary, Jatin, Ram Dayal & Yogesh contributed 41, 28, 28 & 19 runs respectively for the team. Zeeshan Zahoor & Dar Junaid of WCC Lolipora took two wickets each. In reply WCC Lolipora managed 124 runs only and lost the match by nine runs. Mujtaba Yousuf, Asif Rasool, Nadeem Dar & Zeeshan Zahoor contributed 42, 19, 19 & 18 runs respectively for the team.  Ishu & Anchal Singh took three & two wickets respectively. At the end Ishu declared man of the match and Adnan Malik of Dr. XI declared player of the tournament.

While talking about the completion of the tournament Mr. Shabir Ahmad Shah, Chairman CPL & MACC Kashmir said that the CPL Management camped at Jammu has showed a tremendous co-ordination, soberness and great efforts in the 7th edition despite as there was security concerns being 26th Republic day, winter vows during ongoing tournament and they managed the things very delicately and settled the all major or minor issues like TURF management during the tournament. Mr. Shah specifically mentioned the names of CPL main managing body which include Waseem Baba Chief Organizer, Zahid Farooq Co-Organizer & Manzoor Ahmad member & commentator, local umpires & ground personnel of M.A. Stadium JK Sports Council. Mr. Shah also placed on record his gratitude, happiness & trust on the Manager M.A. Stadium, team owners, their sponsors & managers, physios, players and MACC Cricket lovers present on the ground & on social media network and its handler Faizan Mehraj, Rayees Ahmad, Ruhil Farooq, Mehraj Malla of Four MACC Kashmir teams.

On the concluding ceremony Ms. Dolly Tiku Arwal, Member Sahati Academy New Delhi expressed his satisfaction & highlighted the importance of sports like popular cricket in the valley of UT J&K. She was the Chief Guest in the final match of the tournament and she wholeheartedly congratulated both the teams in playing finals of CPL edition 7th. She emphasis more such programs & events so that youth can be engaged in sports in order to achieve fitness physical, mind & soul. Mr. Syed Farhat Social Activist & Journalist also express his views on the occasion and have been seen in cheerful mood to encouraging the spectators present in the stadium.
