AHD Bandipora launches Round-4th of FMD Vaccination under NADCP

 Animal Husbandry Department (AHD) Bandipora today launched the 4th Round of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccination drive at Veterinary Complex Bandipora.

The vaccination drive was launched under National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP) by Chief Animal Husbandry Officer (CAHO) Bandipora, Dr G.A.Lone.District Nodal Officer NADCP, Dr Bilal Ahmad, Block Veterinary Officer Bandipora, Dr Khalid Hamid; Officer Incharge ABS, Dr Tajamul Hussain; Technical officer/ PEO Bandipora, Dr Saim Qureshi; Veterinary Assistant Surgeons of Block Bandipora and Pashu Sakhis of the district attended the programme.During the event, CAHO highlighted the importance of the Vaccination program for maintaining healthy livestock in the district. He asked the field staff to work in coordination with the teams and team heads at respective block levels and ensure 100 percent completion of Vaccination targets within two months.
