At the time when Covid 19 had hits the common life across the country and various lockdowns and unlockdown precationary measure were to be foollowed.The Health Sector across Chenab Vallry is on the mercy of God as there is lack of medicines and basic healthcare facility for a common minor ailments. In Health sector Gandoh Bhalessa various clips and real face of such Adminisitrative heads cames on fore front , When a young intellectual and dynamic Social Activist tested postive for Covid 19 a month ago. During his isolation at Sub District Hospital Changa Bhalessa Hospital,

He raised various issues and wrotes to concerned authorties for transparency in Health sector of Bhalessa, for which He recieved various appericiations from general public.The Social Activist Zakir Malik Bhalessi wrotes on his social media site facebook, that Patient / Attendent Saria in Gandoh Bhalessa is illegaly occupied by worthy BMO Gandoh for the last one year as BMO is having its own furnished residental apartnment despite that Health empolyees are informining that BMO is getting Govt.

HRA. Using of piblic property for personal use is a criminal act by keeping Government in dark.The Social activist also updated Handover/takeover letter of Housing board on social media that was under singed by both authorties on 21/09/2019 vide No. HSU-III/123 dated 17/092019.Meanwhile various Social and Political Activists across Chenab valley had urged upon LG Manoj Sinha to intervence in this reagrd and act tough against such officers who are misuing the position of their chair beside direct authorties to file a criminal case against BMO Gandoh.
