One more militant has been killed in an encounter that broke out between militants and forces in Viddy Srigufwara area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday morning, taking the toll of slain militants to two.

An official told the news agency that two militants have been killed while as search operation is on in the area.
Earlier, an official said that a joint team of Police, Army’s 03 RR and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
Meanwhile, as a precautionary measure, the internet services have been snapped in Anantnag district. Further details awaited. ( KNO )
