I am not supporting dynasty politics in the state; dynasty politics has done enough of harm to the people of the state. But, when amusing things are taking place these days in the state politics one can’t afford to stay silent and let the deceiver deceive the gullible people of the state. When the people who are joining parties headed by a singly dynasty and family oppose dynasty politics one feels uncomfortable without scorning and disowning such behavior.
Sajad Lone, head of People’s Conference, is presenting himself as the crusader against the dynasty politics. Yes, Sajad Lone who is there in the political scene of the state only because of his dynasty. Other people who belong to dynasties hold only one ideology and party but this so called crusader holds many ideologies and party lines. He moves with the wind and settles wherever the wind takes to him. As long as the separatist movement kept feeding him, he was one among them but once he found greater personal gains in joining the mainstream he plunged in and that too with the BJP. The amazing thing is the other members of his family and dynasty holding their posts in other parties. It is a well throughout plan to keep the dynasty, and family, in power whosoever comes to power.
Another crusader against dynasty politics is Imran Raza Ansari. See who is talking. He is also the one of the representative of the dynasty rule in the state, one of the most benefited one. Before becoming a crusader against the dynasty rule he is supposed to disassociate himself with the dynasty and family to which he belongs. This he cannot do, so better for him is to stay mum and defend dynasty rule in the state, he can’t befool the people of the state by playing the care of dynasty rule in its opposition. People of the state know where he stands and how much moral ground he holds, they know it is a dirty political gimmickry to gain votes and before that power.
They are supported, promoted and propagated by groups of workers who defend their stand. These defenders of Sajad Lone and Imran RazaAnsari defend the stand of their handlers in such a way as if the people of the state are deaf, dumb and blind. They try to deceive the people of the people but thankfully their designs have already been exposed, they stand nude before the popular sovereign in the state.
Javaid Trali who is one of the main defenders of self styled crusaders against dynasty rule, he goes to any extent to do that. It actually is his desperation that makes him to work this way. During his association with the PDP he acted in an irresponsible manner and a haughty manner which not only the prospect of that party but also his own. He behaved in such a way that he has been banned from visiting his home, and home district, by an undeclared decree of the people of his area.
He can sustain only when in power out of power he is unable to reply the question of the people. He has misused his position and post in the party to such an extent that remaining with Sajad Lone and Imran Raza Ansari is a compulsion than a choice. He would have been kicked by now by the PDP but the glimmer of hope of forming government in the state by Sajad Lone kept Javaid Trali glued to him. For Sajad Lone he is a disposable item which would be through to dust once his first use is over. In the meanwhile, JavaidTralis is writing odes and singing paeans for Sajad Lone.
In his latest write up which was published in daily Kashmir Images, Javaid Trali has tried to launch a scathing attack against the PDP and Dynasty politics. But the attacks falls flat by the very reason that while opposing dynasty politics he is impliedly supporting it. During his short career as a political worker he has remained enslaved to one dynasty or the other. First he did drudgery for the PDP and now he is doing it of Sajad Lone, he has remained in a state of wagging his tail before the people who belong to one or the other dynasty. Sajad Lone is the same person whom he abused and abused to the extreme level but not the wagging goes on.
If the working of Javaid Trali is any indication in the past four years, he can go to any extent to remain attached with power, and powerful people. He least cares about his religious affiliations and those affiliations of the others. He himself can change it or can compel others to do so. There is no shame left in him had it been there he would have not chosen dynasty politics as a point to attack others. There were other issues and big issues which could have been used to defeat his rivals but he is incapable of doing so.
About the dynasty rule it is reiterated that it has done a great harm in the state. But that doesn’t mean that a person from a ruling family has no rights be in politics, that person has every right to choose any profession and endeavor. If that person is capable and able to run the affairs of government better than others, the person has every right to be in politics and associate with politics.
In order to oppose dynasty politics, people should provide alternatives. In absence of the alternatives criticizing the ruling classes belonging to few families becomes a hollow criticism. Hollow criticism and criticism for the sake of criticism only, is unwelcome in politics and any other branch of life. Javaid Trali and his group instead of providing alternatives are promoting dynasties and dynasty rule in a different guise. The group is trying to deceive people about get deceived in turn without knowing that. They are making their prospects in politics much bleak.
Time still is on their side to make course correction otherwise the historical forces will take over and they will be thrown in the annals of oblivion like the shred and pieces of cotton where not their traces will remain. Realization must dawn upon on them otherwise they are heading for their doom, JavailTrali is heading for an immature exist from politics.
