Srinagar: Shri Pran Krishan Koul Institute of Music and Fine Arts (IMFA), University of Kashmir, successfully concluded Art Fiesta 2025, organised under the aegis of Viksit Bharat–2047: “Bold Vision, Brighter Future.”

The week-long art camp witnessed an impressive display of inspiring artworks and soulful musical performances, celebrating Kashmir’s rich artistic heritage alongside the creative energy of young talent. Students and artists showcased their skills across various disciplines of fine arts and music, reflecting both traditional aesthetics and contemporary expression.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Nilofer Khan, while addressing the concluding session, lauded the vibrant talent on display and highlighted the transformative, therapeutic, and socio-cultural significance of the arts. She emphasized that art serves as a powerful bridge between the past and the future, fostering cultural continuity, knowledge, and creative expression in society.

The event reaffirmed the University of Kashmir’s commitment to nurturing artistic excellence and promoting culture as a vital component of holistic education and national development.
