Kathua Feb 14 : JAN SAMPARAK ABHIYAAN of DSSP reaches Nagri on second day. People from all walks of life profusely participated in the program. The rally passed through Padyari, Sumoan, Nangal, Jarmal, Barmori, Panderi and finally reached at Nagri parole of Kathua. Ch. Lal Singh gave a clarion call to the people to unite one and all to counter the onslaught of the government and assured if you stand with the movement of DSSP, they will never be successful to snatch your land and property.
Lal Singh, while talking to the media, appealed to the LG and impressed on Article 371 of the constitution for J and K, which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir. Article 371, which has special provisions for other States, mostly from the Northeast, is the primary requirement of the people of Jammu. He further iterated that most of the states that have been accorded special provisions under Article 371 are in the northeast and the special status is also required for the people of Jammu and Kashmir in order to preserve the Dogra culture.
Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu General Secretary, while addressing huge gathering at Airwan and Nagri castigated the so called leadership of Jammu which not only ditched the people but mis used their mandate against them. Ex.MLA Kanta Andotra, Sr. Advocate BS Jamwal, Municipal Council Kathua president Rajinder Singh Bubby, Prof HR Sharma, Youth Leader Rahul Dogra , Jatinder papu, Vrinder Bindu Sarpanch, Danny , Narinder Sharma and many prominent leaders participated in the program.
