Secretary, Public Works Department, Bhupinder Kumar, today chaired a public outreach cum grievances redressal camp at Government High School, Sersundwan in Bhomag.

The primary objective of the camp was to foster direct engagement between the public and government officials with emphasis on resolving grievances and concerns of the locals.Speaking on the occasion, Bhupinder Kumar reaffirmed LG government’s commitment towards ensuring that every area within the region is connected with roads. He elaborated the transformative impact of projects like the World Highest Chenab Bridge, which not only enhanced connectivity but also bolstered tourism fostering economic growth in the region. He assured that efforts are underway to provide road connectivity in the unattended habitations, ensuring no community is left behind in the journey towards progress.The Secretary urged upon the people to collaborate with government departments to expedite development initiatives. He encouraged residents to avail benefit of various schemes sponsored by both the central and UT administrations. He reassured the public that all genuine grievances and demands would be accorded priority and addressed effectively.
