Bharatiya Janata Party has condemned the grenade attack on the Works Minister Naeem Akther at Tral in south Kashmir in which three persons were killed and 30 others sustained injuries.
In a statement here BJP spokesman Khalid Jehangir termed the attack as “barbaric and inhumane” and expressed solidarity with the families of three civilians killed in the attack. He prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured persons.
Jehangir said, “Senseless violence during the past 27-years has consumed precious lives and has turned Kashmir into graveyard. The people who hurled the grenade towards the cavalcade of the works Minister Naeem Akther are the biggest enemies of Kashmir.
