Jammu, Apr 12 : Senior BJP leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Sunil Sharma on Sunday chaired a core group meeting at the party’s headquarters here, focusing on organisational strengthening and future planning in Jammu and Kashmir.

In a post, Sharma said the meeting deliberated on key organisational matters, ongoing initiatives, and strategies to intensify party activities across the Union Territory.
“The core group discussed grassroots-level programmes and ways to further consolidate the party’s presence in all regions,” the LoP said.
Top party functionaries attended the meeting, which assumes significance amid the BJP’s efforts to expand its footprint in the Valley ahead of major political engagements he further added. (KNS)
