Jammu, Nov 21 : Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Friday administered the oath of office to two newly elected Members of the Legislative Assembly in Jammu.

As per details available with news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, PDP’s Aga Muntazir Mehdi from Budgam and BJP’s Devyani Rana from Nagrota took oath after securing victories in the recently held bypolls.

Devyani Rana successfully retained the Nagrota seat for the BJP by defeating JKNPP leader Harsh Dev Singh, while Aga Muntazir Mehdi won the Budgam constituency by defeating NC candidate Agha Mehmood. (KNC)
