Principal GMC Bla has no time to talk on the Grave issue
In a very unfortunate step taken by GMC Authorities Baramulla the only School of Nursing School Building has been converted into a dumping Store by Principal GMC Baramulla due to which the Para Medical Students have been forced to take classes in deserted old hospital building Sopore which is already in a pathetic Condition.
Students told that Building for School of Nursing was Constructed under Central Sponsored Scheme at Baramulla for teaching of Nursing Students, but during Covid Crisis they Said School Building was Used for Covid ward for time being after the end of Covid Crisis instead of Starting Class in the Said Building GMC Administration Baramulla used it for dumping Store which is very unfortunate part from the administration.
Students who are our future have been forced to take classes in Old Hospital Building Sopore which is already in Pathetic Conditions, Students told that Neither Practical Facility is available there nor any Washroom or Canteen we are badly Suffer here and our studies including Practical’s have been badly affected.
Students told that we have been Selected by J&K BOPEE for Nursing Courses but unfortunately administration instead of teaching us theory & Practical’s they are playing with our Carrier by Shifting us in old unsafe Hospital building Sopore were we are not in a position to do Practical’s without electricity and we are not safe here the whole building.
Students have requested Deputy Commissioner Baramulla and Health Department to start their Classes from School of Nursing Baramulla Building which was already constructed for them So that they can start their Studies and Practical’s smoothly from School of Nursing Building Baramulla.
Principal GMC Baramulla told that I am busy, I have no time to talk regarding the issue, and you can talk to Principal of the School.
Meanwhile Principal School of Nursing Baramulla Dr Syed Mir Ji Andrabi told that Yes Students are Suffering, I have already requested Principal GMC Baramulla to return the Said School Building and the Matter has been also taken up with Deputy Commissioner Baramulla hopefully it will be done within days.
