Broadcast & Multimedia Journalist Association (BMJA) Kashmir congratulates Muzamil Jaleel, Senior Journalists and Deputy Editor of India Express Newspaper for bagging another prestigious Ramnath Goenka award. Worth to mention Jaleel has been awarded for best political reporting this year.
Muzamil won the Ramnath Goenka Award also in 2009 April for his investigative articles on the Sex Scandal in the valley, which exposed high-profile nexus between politicians, bureaucrats and flesh traders.
BMJA believes that his achievement in the field of journalism has made the Kashmir media fraternity proud. BMJA said that the Kashmir media fraternity has many prominent names to its credit at national and international level.
BMJA believes that Kashmir has a huge talent besides many dedicated budding journalists who need a logistic support and encouragement from the veterans for carrying ahead the credit of excellence in the profession.
