Dead body of a 56-year-old man was found inside a cow shed in Bandi Chechian area of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.

Reports reaching here said that the body of Mohammad Sultan Magray, 56, was spotted lying inside the cow shed near the shrine at Kopra area of Bandi Chechian.

A police team reached the spot soon after being informed about it and recovered the body for medico-legal formalities, they said.

A police official said that the deceased was working as guard of the Ziyarat Sain Miran Bakash. A case under 174 CrPc has been registered and further investigations taken up, he said. (GNS)
