Poonch, Nov 10 : A porter associated with the Border Security Force (BSF) 153 Battalion died after reportedly falling from a height at Chamber Kanari (Baran) area in Poonch district on Monday.

Officals told news agency Kashmir News Corner—(KNC) that the deceased has been identified as Musthaq Ahmed, (32) a resident of Sawjian.

They said that the porter slipped and fell while performing his duties, leading to his death on the spot.

Meanwhile Police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further proceedings have been initiated.—
