The customers of government telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Tral have expressed resentment over the dysfunctioning of landline connections in the area.

A group of customers have said that they are facing immense hardships after BSNL line developed some technical snag and were not repaired.

They said that back to back requests of customers to concerned department have turned into the deaf ears, due to which customers continued to face inconveniences.

“We have been repeatedly calling the incharge BSNL exchange Tral Riyaz Ahmad, who rarely visits exchange to attend the duty, and is not responding to our pleas,” a customer told Press Trust of Kashmir

The subscribers have requested ADC Tral and DDC Pulwama to look into the matter as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, when contacted Incharge BSNL Tral, Riyaz Ahmad, he refused to talk and misbehaved with this reporter, before disconnecting the call.
