In a major crackdown, CBI is carrying out raids at the residences of senior IAS officer Navin Choudhary, former officers of Chenab Valley Projects Construction Limited and a construction company in Jammu, New Delhi, Bihar and Mumbai.Pertinently, Choudhary is a top bureaucrat from Bihar who had earlier become J&K’s first non-local domicile.
