Civil Aviation Minister Virtually Inaugurates Passenger-Centric Facilities at Srinagar Airport

Srinagar, Mar 29 : Union Minister of Civil Aviation Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu virtually inaugurated upgraded passenger-centric facilities at airports across India on Sunday, including key improvements at Srinagar Airport.

An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that, At Srinagar Airport, the extended terminal area featuring an additional ~650 sqm in the Security Hold Area was opened, aimed at reducing congestion and enhancing passenger convenience.

The Minister also launched several modern facilities, including seamless DigiYatra services, free Wi-Fi access for up to four hours, and the Flybrary initiative to offer travelers an enriched reading experience.

These developments are part of ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Airports Authority of India to modernize airports and improve the overall passenger experience. (KNC)
