Closing religious places’ important step to save whole population: DC Sgr

Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Iqbal Chowdhary on Thursday appealed people to maintain social distance while closing religious places.

According to in wake of first death of COVID-19 patient reported in Srinagar, DC Srinagar asked people to avoid social gatherings like assembly at religious places.

He tweeted, “Closing of religious places which attract gatherings is an important step to save a whole population. Let’s stay indoors, stay safe to be able to worship again”.
