Jammu, Nov 3: Soon after formally opening government offices in the winter capital, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah chaired a high-level meeting with the Council of Ministers and Administrative Secretaries to review the functioning of various departments and assess administrative preparedness following the biannual Darbar Move.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister took stock of departmental performance, ongoing development projects, and service delivery mechanisms. He emphasized efficiency, transparency, and public responsiveness in governance to ensure smooth functioning during the winter months.
