Srinagar, Nov — (Kashmir Pen): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday morning met the families who lost their loved ones in the accidental explosion at the Nowgam Police Station, extending condolences and assuring comprehensive support from the Government.
The Chief Minister offered his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for Jannah for the departed souls. He described the tragedy as deeply painful and said the administration stands firmly with the affected families in this moment of immense grief.
“I visited the families of those who lost their loved ones in the accidental explosion at the Nowgam Police Station. I offered my heartfelt condolences, prayed for Jannah for the departed souls, and assured them of every possible support from the Government in this hour of grief,” CM Omar said.
The Chief Minister reiterated that necessary assistance and relief measures will be provided without delay, and directed officials to ensure all required support reaches the affected households promptly.
