CM Mehbooba Mufti has called for a cabinet meeting today evening. A draft of resolution is likely to be passed in it regarding importance and safeguard of Article 35 A of the Constitution. It is unlikely that the BJP ministers will not sign the draft keeping in view of their rhetoric against Article 370 of the Constitution
