Baramulla, Jan 21: The J&K bank authorities have ordered the closure of its Palhallan branch In north kashmir’s Baramulla district after eight of its staff members tested positive for Covid19 virus.

Official sources told that authorities also advised the people to avoid visiting the branch till further notice. A J&K Bank official said that the branch had been closed on Tuesday as a precautionary measure after eight employees of the branch tested COVID-19 positive.

He said that all the primary and secondary contacts of the affected employees have been advised to self-isolate themselves and get tested for Covid-19

Pertinently, the government imposed complete restriction on non-essential movement in UT from every Friday afternoon to Monday morning.
