Covid19 : Government orders goes for toss as Coaching centers work normally in Pulwama

Pulwama ,Jan 31 :- Flouting the norms and COVID SOPs that were issued by the Government in the wake of growing  positive cases, scores of coaching centres were today seen operating in District Pulwama.
In Pulwama district, several coaching centers were seen operating under the administration’s nose, but no action has been taken so far.

Sources told Kashmir Scroll that despite the Government orders dozens of Coaching centers running in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. 
However, Students disappointment over the Government decision to close the coaching centres in the wake of an increase in Covid cases. They said that whenever there is even a slight increase in COVID cases, the education sector becomes the first casualty.

The offline classes in coaching institutes and schools in UT of Jammu and Kashmir have been closed as per the government guidelines on Covid-19. The government has taken the decision in view of the surge in Covid-19 cases in the Union Territory.
Although the online classes can continue in schools and coaching institutes, the offline classes will remain closed in the UT.
