Cricket South Africa (CSA) has committed to providing parliament with the full report on the forensic investigation into cricket’s problems by close of business on Friday.

That resolution was passed at a meeting of parliament’s sports portfolio committee on Tuesday, and accepted by CSA.

CSA received the report on July 31, but has resisted making it public citing legal implications. Lawyers acting for CSA prepared a summary, which CSA released on Monday. Angered by that, and CSA’s admission that minister of sport Nathi Mthethwa had been given a copy of the full report, the portfolio committee demanded the document.

The Summary focused heavily on Thabang Moroe ,who was sacked as CSA chief executive in August. Others, notably acting president Beresford Williams, were implicated to a lesser degree.
