Dalgate Coordination Committee comes forefront against drug abuse. Says no to liquor shops

On international day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking, Central Coordination Committee Dalgate (an Amalgam of Mohalla and Masjid committees)came on forefront protesting peacefully against Drug abuse and Liquor sale in the valley. Designated People from more than 14 mohalla committees and over a dozen plus masjid intizamia members took part in the protest against drug abuse in kashmir.
We must immediately shift the liquor shop at boulevard as it has vanished our image said Vice President ccc, Mr. Hilal Laway. Govt must understand that drugs and alcohol are same and no different. None of them can generate employment in Kashmir. Our youth  and businesses have suffered a lot and govt of india must come up with an economic package to rehabilitate small businesses and young entrepreneurs, said Muzamil Maqbool General Secretary of central coordination Committee.
He further added that Govt along with police plays an important role in making kashmir drugs free.
President Dcc,  Mr. Saleem Sofi requested government to excel the sports activities among youth so that their future can be transformed positively.
