Lieutenant Governor, Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha takes salute as the civil secretariat re-opened in Jammu on Monday as part of Darbar move.

Sinha took the customary salute from the police contingent in the civil Secretariat premises. However, he did not inspect the guard of honour as part of COVID-19 protocol, said an official.
