Delhi Deputy Commissioner Mamta Yadav Transferred to Jammu and Kashmir

New Delhi, July 29,: The Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi has relieved IAS officer Mamta Yadav (AGMUT:2021), Deputy Commissioner in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), to enable her to join her new assignment in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to an order issued by the Services Department-I Branch of the Delhi Secretariat, Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena has approved the relieving of three AGMUT cadre IAS officers with effect from the afternoon of July 31, 2026, in pursuance of the Ministry of Home Affairs’ transfer order dated July 9, 2026.

Besides Mamta Yadav, the officers relieved include Rishita Gupta (AGMUT:2019), Deputy Commissioner, MCD, who has been transferred to Arunachal Pradesh, and Wairokpam Punshiba Singh (AGMUT:2022), Deputy Commissioner, MCD, who has been posted to Lakshadweep.

The order was issued by Jitendra Kumar Arora, Deputy Secretary (Services), Government of NCT of Delhi.
