Despite slight rise, night temperature continued to hover below normal in Jammu and Kashmir except Kupwara on Monday.

A meteorological department official here told that Srinagar recorded a low of 3.7°C against 3.6°C on the previous night. The temperature was 0.1°C below normal for the summer capital during this time of the year, he said.
