Three officers, Jawan of J&K Police awarded Union Home Minister’s Special Operation Medal for the year 2022.

The medals have been conferred upon DIG Shri Vivek Gupta, SSP Sh Chandan Kohli, DySP Sh Sachit Sharma & SgCt Sh Vicky Kumar for showing their valour in an operation.
DGP J&K Dilbag Singh has congratulated all the awardees for their achievement and hoped that this will boost their morale and will also serve as a beacon light for the others to follow.
He has thanked Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah,Hon’ble Lt.Governor and the government for recognising the professionalism and dedication of JKP officers and Jawans time and again.
